Every part is listed against our BAL reference and the OE numbers it is identified against — Mercedes-Benz OM, Cummins, Volvo, Scania, Perkins and Massey Ferguson, TATA, tractor and locomotive applications.

OE part numbers and brand names are used for reference and identification only.

Forging to finished component, under one roof.

The manufacturing setup covers forging, heat treatment, machining, grinding and testing. Keeping these stages together shortens development loops and keeps dimensional control in our own hands from raw material to final part.

Quality is controlled at every stage—from material selection and forging to machining, grinding and final inspection.

Specification checks, documented work instructions and profile measurement sit inside the routine process rather than at the end of it.

  1. Stage 01

    Material & forging

Material selected to specification, then forged on in-house hammers and heat treated for the intended duty.

  2. Stage 02

    Machining & grinding

Documented work instructions at each operation, with specification checks recorded as parts move through the shop.

  3. Stage 03

    Measurement & release

Cam and journal profile measurement plus CMM inspection before final release and dispatch documentation.

Two decades of making and exporting rotating parts.
